Head of Schools Message

Happy New Year to all our wonderful families at the nursery!

As we step into this exciting new year, we are thrilled to embrace all the innovative possibilities that lie ahead for our community. Thank you for your heartfelt responses to the parent survey; the positive comments truly resonate with what we aim to provide for each child and family. Your dedication to fostering a love for learning and nurturing individuality in every child is deeply appreciated.

Our responses showed that:

100% think that their child is happy at school

100% feel that their family feels welcomed and included at Oxhey.

We also had some constructive feedback in relation to the Catch Up Calls and Daily Reports and we are looking to improve on both of these aspects as a direct result of your feedback, thank you. Together, let's continue to inspire resilience, independence, and ambition in our children, ensuring every child and family feels valued and supported. We are excited about the opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and innovation that this year will bring, as we strive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our children and their families.

Here's to a year filled with exciting opportunities and the joy of learning!

Success Story of the Week!

A super start for our new intake, and those children moving from Willow into Nursery room.

Transition at any age can be difficult but we are confident that the arrangements that we so carefully plan throughout the year ensure that our children transition as smoothly as possible.

As with any time of change there may be setbacks for your child or days where they do not enter the Nursery as confidently as they have previously.

Rest assured that our staff are working diligently to ensure your child is settled as quickly as possible. If you are concerned please don’t hesitate to ask for a well being return call or give the office a call at a time of your convenience
